Free In-home Consultation
If you are a first time client you will receive a free in-home consultation.
New client engagements involve mandatory paperwork, including the following: Client Agreement, Pet Information and Visit Information forms. We will meet your pet(s) during this consultation, assess temperament and discuss personalized pet-sitting instructions. Your input is welcome! Follow up Meet & Greets (new pets, instructions, etc…) are always available and incur a $10.00 per occurrence.
Contracts
New pets require paperwork. New clients must complete all paperwork and tender payment in full by the time of your scheduled services. Only payment in full will secure your reservation.
Cancellations
A full refund is given for a cancellation at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the date of your reservation. Lap Of Luxury will provide a partial refund for a cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the time of your reservation. No refund will be provided for a cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation. No refund will be provided for the cancellation of holiday reservations.
Terminations
Lap of Luxury Pet & Home Care reserves the right to terminate a Client Agreement for any reason and at any time in such a case that it is determined pet(s) of the client likely will produce harm to themselves or others. In such a case, the client does authorize Lap Of Luxury to place the pet(s) in a kennel with all associated charges billed to the client, unless an arrangement is made between Lap Of Luxury and the client in writing and signed by both parties.
Payments
Lap Of Luxury Pet & Home Care accepts payment in the following type:
- Cash
- Check
- Credit Card via PayPal (fee applies)
PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Returned checks incur a $25 fee paid to Lap Of Luxury plus all bank fees incurred.
