Amazing animal care! I can't say enough about this wonderful company!

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Valentina Vayntraub as a pet sitter. She watches and walks my Shih Tzu Pepper 5 days a week and has formed a wonderful bond with him. He actually looks sad on the weekends because he misses his buddy!

Valentina always comes to our home on time, cheerful and ready to pay un-divided attention to Pepper. She is intelligent, kind and a great listener. We have often called her at the last minute when we have to work late to ask if she can stop by for a second visit in the evening and she has always been there for us and Pepper! She even has a flickr page with albums of all the pets she takes care of!

My wife and I both work, so we knew we would have to find someone who we can trust with our house keys and our little Pepper. From our first meeting/interview with her we were very impressed by her professionalism and she put us at ease right away by answering all our questions even before we asked them.

I knew the instant I met V that she’d fit right in our big crazy family of animals….with 3 Italian Greyhounds, Paco, Lola, and Papichulo… Tommy Boy… (the beautifully digitally painted Black cat u see on that site section), and a full Koi Pond, she is able to keep everyone happy here!!! I never worry since she keeps me informed all day long when I am away.. sending me photos. We just call her Tia Valentina now. She is the best Aunt you would ever want! Thank you Tia!

Lap of Luxury has been a God send! My husband and I love our two dogs, Boss and Nico like children and hated to board them when we needed to go away. We were never quite sure what goes on in a kennel and they always come back seemingly tired and sometimes with ear infections. With Valentina and Lap of Luxury we have what money can’t buy — peace of mind! We get text messages from our sitter as well as pictures and videos of our babies. The pet care in one word is perfection but it doesn’t stop there. Coming back from our last trip to Italy we came home to our boys who learned a few new tricks in our absence. Valentina, their sitter didn’t even have to say a word to us. We noticed that they were now sitting by the door and waiting for permission to go out instead of bolting out taking our legs with them. They do the same thing for food and water which is simply amazing! And I cannot describe the BLOOM of flowers that were in bright colors that never, ever bloomed so beautifully. The bottom line is that our pets are never lonely with 3-4 visits per day and are always loved and cared for. We’ve never been more grateful for finding someone so dedicated and truly compassionate to our needs and the needs of our pets.

Exceptional service! We feel very lucky to find Valentina. Not only she took fantastic care of our 10 years old lab, she trained him to follow commands, something we thought he would have never learned. It has been 10 days since we come back from vacation, and our dog is still waiting foe her to come back House is very clean, it is still a mystery how she managed that, even my flowers that never bloom, all of a sudden decided to bloom!. We were getting daily detailed text messages, emails with his photos and his activities. We just hope that her business keeps thriving , we would not dream of a better pet sitter. Finally!!!!!!! I could not even leave my dogs with my mom or any other family member so i decided to try a sitter. No other sitter I tried gave my dogs the attention love and care that I myself would have. That is till I tried Lap of Luxury, people say that I spoil my pets now I say take your dog to Lap of Luxury n get yours spoiled too. The staff here takes care of every detail and is capable emergency decisions. I feel very safe with them!
